I am recovering from a late night last night. Staying up past 3am just ruins me.
I had a lazy Sunday today but the weather was so nice, I didn't want to waste it completely.
At 6pm, I got off my ass & took my motorcycle out for a spin. It isn't muggy or humid today so the 81 degree temp felt amazing. Although I was tired, the fresh air & adrenaline definitely helped revive me. After I got back from my ride, I went for a 4 mile walk with my love. We have some good trails by us. It was nice to end the weekend with a sunset stroll. I wish I got a picture.
Lesson learned today, hop on your bike or in your truck... you will instantly feel better!
